TODAY’S ADVICE
Red flags you’re being gaslighted at work 🚩
You are probably familiar with workplace discrimination, which is easily identified, yet are probably unaware of what actual gaslighting is. This is because gaslighting takes on a more covert form, making it harder to identify and address. 😮💨
This type of psychological manipulation uses charming tactics to convince the victim to question their perception of reality. 🤔 So, if you’ve ever second-guessed yourself, you could be dealing with a toxic boss or colleague.
Typical signs of being gaslighted at work include:
A lack of transparency to throw the other person off
No record of minute-meetings or conversations to throw people off
Not providing full details
Disregarding company policy
