Six months ago, you probably set goals, made plans, and pictured where you'd be by summer. Since June is here, there's one question worth asking: Is your career still taking you where you want to go? A mid-year career audit isn't about judging your progress—it's about checking your direction.
Take some time to evaluate these aspects:
Daily energy - Am I energized by my work—or just managing my workload?
Growth trajectory - Have I expanded my network, responsibilities, or influence?
