Woof, woof: BARK’s dog-friendly workplace 🐕

Many people feel guilty about leaving their dog at home while they go to work. This guilt can hinder productivity at work. And why shouldn’t it? 🐾 Pets are important parts of every family. It may not be an easy task, but it makes you wonder why more companies don’t try to create pet-friendly workspaces.

BARK did just that, and in the process designed a prime example of alternative modes of work out there! A pet supplies company operating out of Columbus, OH, BARK prides itself on having “the world’s most dog-friendly office”.

Every day, the office plays host to over 50 furry canines, whose comfort is taken VERY seriously. 🐶 The floors of the office are made of a mixture of sealed concrete, rubber and vinyl. This makes accidents more easy to clean if they happen. The site also includes themed conference rooms, walls of dog toys, and nooks where pets and their parents can play/work with comfort and ease.
